SPOTIFY CONNECTIONS

Crosspostr may connect to Spotify via internal connectors to retrieve or reference account-level metadata where explicitly authorised by you. Spotify is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETTAY VENTURES LIMITED. Use of Spotify remains governed by Spotify’s own Terms of Service and platform rules. Crosspostr does not control Spotify data availability, accuracy, or uptime.


NO PLATFORM LIABILITY

Crosspostr acts solely as a technical facilitator. We do not guarantee platform availability, API stability, posting success, analytics accuracy, or compliance outcomes across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, or any other third-party service. ETTAY VENTURES LIMITED accepts no liability for content rejection, account suspension, API changes, rate limits, feature removals, data loss, monetisation impact, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.


DATA SHARING

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only where strictly necessary to provide the Service, including with connected platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, and infrastructure services. All such providers are required to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards.
